We launched in 2017 and have already won clients across the globe. Today we are looking to expand rapidly in a fast growing and new market. Account Based Marketing is a new marketing strategy already revolutionising the way companies do B2B marketing - it allows us to target companies individually with tailored messaging and cut through the noise in the market. We combine the latest technology with a highly personal touch to deliver amazing campaigns for our clients.

Our Customer Success Managers:

  • are the primary contact for our customers;
  • take the lead on-boarding, implementing and troubleshooting our client’s campaigns;
  • work alongside sales and strategy to ensure clients are fully engaged and successful!

Your role

The skills we are looking for should come as no surprise to someone building amazing relationships with their clients. We look for people who can make a difference and are constantly looking for how we can improve our clients' performance.

The ideal candidate will:

  • have 2+ years' experience managing clients within digital marketing or advertising (experience optimising advertising campaigns a bonus);
  • have a love of creating and maintaining successful client relationships;
  • have an analytical and curious mind;
  • be an excellent communicator both written and verbally;
  • be able to understand HTML and CSS;
  • be independent and still be a part of a team;
  • be entrepreneurial by nature and full of initiative;
  • have ambition to grow and succeed within the company!
