Riaz Kanani

Founder and CEO

Riaz Kanani is the founder and CEO at Radiate B2B. With 20 years of experience in advertising and marketing technology, he has previously built global video advertising networks, exited his previous startup to Silverpop, before expanding Silverpop internationally. In 2013, Silverpop became IBM's marketing cloud platform.

He has previously sat on the DMA Email Marketing Council and taught at the Institute of Digital and Direct Marketing.

Mike Weston

Adviser

A business growth specialist and entrepreneur, his career highlights have included the launch of Silverpop into the UK and European markets from 2005 and creating the pioneering Data Science Consultancy, Profusion, from 2012.

Mike has worked with some of the world’s most successful businesses, including HSBC plc, Sony, BP, FedEx and the Kingfisher Group.

Pat Chapman Pincher

Adviser

Pat is one of the most successful women in the global communications industry. In a career spanning more than 40 years she has been responsible for creating and growing global companies in the telecoms and Internet sector.

She has participated in start-ups of small technology companies and has board level experience in both large and small companies.

Chris Bourke

Growth

Chris has twenty years of commercial growth experience and has been an ABM practitioner for the last five. After founding and selling his mobile marketing agency, Chris spent four years as Global Head of Mobile for Havas.

Since 2012 he has helped AI, Data-Science, Adtech and Martech startups reach escape velocity using techniques borrowed from the world of ABM and today is building Radiate B2B's own growth engine.

Sam Killip

Customer Success

After 14 years in the legal profession Sam was ready for a change. She felt she could use the skills acquired as a solicitor to help and advise clients to succeed in their commercial goals. She landed a client success post at a data science marketing consultancy where she worked with clients that included HSBC. She then moved to ICLP – a loyalty agency - where she worked with data to help clients understand their customers.

Today, as Customer Success Manager, her role uses data and insight to ensure her clients enjoy success with ABM.
